Any accessorial deliver, sort & segregate, detention & appointment charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Eastern (East of Mississippi River): Prepaid on $ 1,000.00 Western (West of Mississippi River): Prepaid on $ 1,500.00 A pickup allowance will be in effect for orders that meet the prepaid freight criteria and are picked up at our warehouse. Hamburg reserves the right to determine the most economical routing on prepaid shipments. No merchandise will be accepted for return without authorization. Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid freight, in original unopened cartons. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Most maintenance brush items can also be made to different specifications. Contact factory for price and delivery information. No returns or order cancellations on any special order or private label merchandise. Wet mops are available with private labeling, and are subject to a twelve dozen minimum order. All cancellations of orders or deletions of stock merchandise from an order must be received in writing one day prior to the scheduled ship date. In case of clerical error on the part of our distributors or their customers, we will accept stock merchandise for return, without penalty, provided we are notified in a timely manner. All freight expenses will be the responsibility of the distributor. |
